Most Canadian orders over $350 (before tax) include free shipping unless otherwise stated.*

Most US orders over $450 (CDN currency) include free shipping unless otherwise stated.*

"Special Order Availability" items may or may not include shipping. Please contact us if you'd like to make a Special Order.

Expedited Shipping is available, please contact us with your needs!

Due to the extremely varied size / weight of kite, wing, wake and foil equipment, Kitesource offers a fair 4 tiered flat shipping rate schedule (for orders under the free shipping threshold), differing slightly by geographic region. These rates are calculated automatically during your checkout, but before payment.

*Surf boards and Travel bags are generally excluded from free shipping, however may be included on larger orders, solely at the discretion of Kitesource staff.

*Due to current shipping rates, we've had to add a shipping charge to Twintip boards to some locations. We will contact you if this is required for your order. These rates, in some cases, have doubled in the past 2 years.

*Wings that include booms incur a flat rate of $30 for shipping within Canada due to their length and special packaging requirements.

*Used, on sale, or otherwise discounted items do NOT include free shipping, regardless if specifically stated or not.

*There are some areas within Canada that are excluded due to extremely high shipping costs... you are likely aware if you live in one of these areas, in which case please get in touch for a custom shipping quote.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Kitesource accepts orders from Continental United States. Kitesource does not accept orders from outside the Continental United States.

Additional import tariffs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees and any other costs related to order delivery are the customers responsibility. The customer is responsible for return freight charges should delivery be refused or undeliverable.

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING:
Make sure to inspect your package for damage before signing for it. We will do our best to pack it up tight. Contact us immediately if your package was damaged during shipping and do not discard any packaging and materials.

Report ANY damage to us before using the product(s). We assume absolutely no responsibility for any damage not reported immediately upon delivery.

ATTENTION: Some manufacturers wrap smaller parts/components (ie. fins and screws) in cardboard and/or bubble. It is possible to unintentionally discard these critical parts. This is frequently the case for: Windsurf boards, Stand Up Paddle Boards, Surf Boards, Kite Boards, as well as other products.
