Getting There

Cumbuco is located near the International Airport in Fortaleza. Direct flights from North America do not exist unfortunately, but you will forget your long flight after the first day in the wind and water once there.

We will put you in touch with the travel agent we work with and she will ensure you are on the correct flights at the best rates available. We do not handle your flights, you will deal directly with the agent. These flights actually get booked up, so book asap...plus you need your ticket / itinerary to get your tourist VISA...

Visas

Canadian and U.S. citizens require a visa to enter Brazil. The good news is that they are typically good for 5 years. The bad news is that they cost a little over $100, and can take up to 15 business days to be issued to you.

You can find out more, and apply for your Brazilian tourist visa here:

Canadians:
Consulate General of Brazil - BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Yukon and NWT

Consulate General of Brazil - Quebec, NB, NS, PEI, Nfld

Consulate General of Brazil - Ontario (except Ottawa), Manitoba and Nunavut

Consulate General of Brazil - Ottawa / national capital region

Americans:

Consulate General of Brazil - USA

**We do NOT go to any areas where the yellow fever vaccination is required / suggested.
